PSS offers onsite help, or one-to-one consultancy, from our highly experienced team and can assist with Systems Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Consultancy, the delivery of control and instrumentation projects and bespoke integrated software packages.
On Site and On Call Engineers
A core part of our support offering is providing engineers to site both on and offshore. Clients often request this for the duration of a system overhaul or as a permanent part of their on-site maintenance and engineering teams.
By taking this step the engineer is at the forefront of the project and on hand to provide support quickly with the full back up of our in-house specialists.
Training and Support Centre
Our System Support Centre facility enables real-time simulation of potential system failures, thus allowing clients to hone their risk analysis and prevention strategies and skills.
We have an array of systems to provide hands-on support and training which includes extensive simulation equipment situated at our centrally located Aberdeen office. Users can create scenarios and simulate occurrences giving them the most practical learning environment. Systems in use include: Allen Bradley, ICS TrustedTM, Emerson DeltaVTM, GE Fanuc and Siemens S7.
Process Safety Solutions provides support to both onshore and offshore-based clients and has the technology, understanding and expertise to competently solve any system issue. Our 24-hour telephone support service demonstrates our commitment to client safety and satisfaction and is backed up with mobilisation to site, often within 2 hours if required.
